About SHANDA

SHANDA is Jewish and Israeli streetwear with humor, heart, and something to say. Founded by Rivkah Avraham, the brand brings together Jewish identity, Israeli street culture, history, and a healthy amount of chutzpah.

I’m Rivkah—a U.S. Army veteran with a background in civil rights advocacy and a lifelong interest in history. SHANDA gives me another way to explore the things I care about: belonging, resilience, standing up for ourselves, and finding laughter even when life gets complicated.

Some of my designs begin with photographs I take in Israel. I’m especially drawn to graffiti—the Hebrew lettering, improvised slogans, painted walls, and unexpected bits of humor that give the streets their personality. Those photographs become starting points for designs, informing the lettering, colors, textures, and ideas. A phrase on a wall or a small detail in a street scene can become the spark for an entire shirt.

That influence runs through SHANDA: desert tones, bold Hebrew, stencil lettering, and designs that carry a little of the energy of the places that inspired them. Alongside that streetwear are playful Jewish expressions, celebrations of pride and unity, and tributes that make room for remembrance.

Some pieces are funny. Some are defiant. Some are deeply personal. They’re made for people who want to wear their Jewishness openly, in their own way.

Welcome to SHANDA. Bring your chutzpah.
