Every SHANDA item is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Production and delivery
Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before they ship. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date; busy periods, availability, and production issues can take longer.
Shipping time is added after production and varies by destination, product, fulfillment location, and delivery method. Available destinations, shipping charges, and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If an estimate excludes production, allow for both stages. We do not promise a fixed worldwide delivery time.
Rates and international orders
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders may ship in separate packages from different facilities. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges that are not included unless checkout expressly says they are collected. Local customs requirements and processing can affect delivery.
Tracking and address changes
We send tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you spot an error, email us immediately; changes or cancellation may not be possible once production begins. An incorrect or incomplete address, or an unclaimed package, may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Delayed or missing packages
Check the tracking details and delivery address first. If your order has not arrived within 3 business days after its estimated delivery date, contact rivkah@shanda.shop with your order number. Please report a package lost in transit no later than 30 days after its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, contact us promptly and check with your carrier and household.
