Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Email rivkah@shanda.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area. For multiple affected items, include photos of each. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Contact us before sending anything back; a return is usually unnecessary for a confirmed production issue.
Change of mind, size, and color
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color selected incorrectly. Items are produced for each order, so please compare the garment measurements in the size guide with a shirt you already own. This rule does not exclude cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other remedies required by the law that applies to your purchase.
Cancellation and address errors
Contact rivkah@shanda.shop as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or is left unclaimed, reshipping may incur an additional charge; we will discuss the available options with you.
Refunds
We will email you when a refund is approved and processed. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. Contact us if it has not appeared after that period.
Your consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies, contact us to exercise it and receive instructions. Customers in Brazil can request cancellation under the applicable 7-calendar-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Applicable rights for faulty or nonconforming goods, including the EU legal guarantee, are not reduced by this policy.
