These terms apply to purchases from SHANDA at shanda.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
Products and prices
We sell apparel and accessories made to order through Printful. Product descriptions, measurements, and care information appear on the product pages. Screen settings and printing processes can cause small differences in color or placement. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store explicitly displays another currency. Shipping, taxes, and any collected duties are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cannot fulfill an order you paid for, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.
Production, delivery, and returns
Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy explain timelines, delivery issues, and remedies. Contact us promptly for an order change; production may begin before a change can be made.
Website use and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or misuse customer information. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce its design commercially. Rights in designs, photographs, brand elements, and other content remain with their respective owners.
Consumer rights and questions
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts statutory rights for faulty goods, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer protections. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively change an existing purchase.
